As with any interview at any organisation, if you are a genuine candidate with engaging and relevant stories to tell about your experience and skills, then the conversation will flow nicely as it did for me and as it has with some candidates I have interviewed now I am in position. Be prepared to show you have done some basic research into the organisation and its values and why that is appealing to you.

There were not really any difficult questions in this interview. It was a pretty standard review of past experience. I think what really helped was the fact that I got in there and did some temporary work as an IT consultant and that opened the door for me.
