1. Help me understand how you got into project management. 2. Company X seems to be the position when you started being a PM. What and how did you get into being a PM. 3. How did you begin your position at Company Y. What were some of the challenges. 4. How do you manage risk. Do you proactively or reactively manage risk. 5. IF you do not have experience on managing a certain type of project, how do you minimize risk. 6. How do you manage overages (time charges) on a certain project.

This was included in the Second Round of Interviews which included several of my colleagues because I had broken my left ankle while out running to get exercise because my previous employer- the Defense Intelligence Agency required or encouraged its employees to get exercise by setting aside 2.5 hours of work time that one could get - that is the Defense Intelligence Agency - exercise!
