Candidates are quizzed more on technical expertise than management/leadership skills though the latter is more relevant to the position in question. It's a very good indicator of what the current management values and how the place really runs.

No specific technical questions. Questions were more like "have you worked with this?" I was encouraged to talk about my own technical skills and the products/systems I had worked with in the past. More emphasis seemed to be placed on your ability to interact with the rest of the team.
