The questions were mainly on the projects that I have done.
Standard questions like "How would you deal with peer that wasn't pulling his/her weight and making you cover their shortcomings?"
Describe a time when you had to creatively think out of the box to solve a problem.
Technical
HR asked relatively broad questions about motivation, willingness to relocate, why I would consider leaving my current job for this one, etc. The first technical interviewer asked more in-depth questions about my experience, going through the CV in much more detail (respecting NDA agreements). The psychometric evaluation is one of the many online tests, nothing special in that sense but not really possible to prepare for. The second technical interview focused specifically on how I would solve different hypothetical situations given by the interviewer. No numbers or calculations needed but rather how I would do solve the presented questions and things to consider (for example some troubleshooting situation, where and how to prioritize the problem solving efforts, etc.) The last interview focused again more on the general things around the position and not so much on the technical aspects, similar to the first interview but with the team manager rather than HR.
No tricky questions. They went through my resume, asked why I wanted the job, described to possible tasks and asked about what I was most interested in.
