When i was explaining something, he just said don't write explain (While he said to explain the framework on text editor) He was not interested in coding logic, he was only looking if you get the output or not. So my one cent : Don't bother coding for optimization or complexity, look for brute force if u need to. In all cases, feels like the company does not want people who can certify quality, but they are looking for people who can just automate blindly, no questions asked.
