They will take your projects and experience and expand on them. This is very conversational but intense. Expect a LOT of ambiguity when they ask you to walk through a topology or describe how you would implement x or y. This is intentional to see how you process the information and which part of the problem you value. This is another reason why it is hard to list out. There are not (necessarily) wrong answers. But based on the answers you give and the questions you ask can determine your overall experience. The below topics are given with the advantage of hindsight. If I would have done more studying on the books and areas mentioned below, I would have done much better.
