In a senior role, there's always a tension between executing routine operational duties and driving new strategic projects. Tell us about how you manage this balance. Please provide an example of a core operational process you were responsible for (e.g., weekly reporting, quality assurance) and a time you had to make a difficult trade-off between maintaining it and pursuing a new, important initiative.
They asked about my career path and where I saw myself in the next 1-3 years
All behavioral based questions ie. explain a time you had to adjust or accommodate to changes and how did you react.
Math question was straight forward, then they threw a little curve. I.E. what if you need to increase productivity by 1500 units, how many more associates do you need. Again not a difficult question, just be able to explain how you made your decision, explain the steps in your math.
