Do you have any upcoming holidays booked? What kind of work life balance do you expect? What is your current salary (why do you need to know that? You offer what you can offer to a person with my qualifications and experience! If I dont know the salaries of your current employees at the same position, why do you need to know mine?) Do you need flexible working (as a woman, I know what this question means! and it is absolutely ridiculous that the HR (woman) has the temerity to ask this! She is such a disgrace!) Not a single technical question was asked. That should indicate what kind of screening they do. Clearly they are looking for people who don't need knowledge or expertise to be eligible, but only slog their a** off on low salaries, without expecting any work-life balance or any flexible hours! Didn't come across as a company that cares for the person (employee), just about their targets and profits!
