Nothing difficult about the INITIAL INTERVIEWS and all very good but after speaking with former and current employees and then reading Glassdoor Reviews, I had much apprehension about prospective sales position with Vibrant and a good nose at next stage and the PRIMARY INTERVIEW:

Questions were brief, the only question asked was where I worked in the past.
Recruiter asked several background experience questions. When I met with the VP of Sales and Marketing from Virginia he was very late and made some weird requests and irrelevant questions during the interview. This was for a senior level, very experienced position. The first thing he asked was for me to write a a few paragraphs about any subject before we started the interview. When I asked the reasoning for the writing requests he said it was so he knows that the person could write in good English. Very strange that this preceded the interview because the job required a college degree with at least 7 years experience so what kind of illiterate employees did this VP previously hire.
