I only had a telephone screen with one of the recruiters. She asked me private details about my current role which I was not comfortable sharing. So instead of respecting my concerns she tried to pressure me into giving the details by saying that if I am not transparent about what she is asking, that she would not be able to move forward with the interview process. I declined to answer. The recruiter didn't not proceed with the interview process.
