While waiting for my telephone interview and sitting here for 23 minutes, I went on GlassDoor.com and researched the company. It turns out the company is notorious for being late on telephone interviews and I have read over some very bad experiences from other candidates.

While waiting for my telephone interview and sitting here for 23 minutes, I went on GlassDoor.com and researched the company. It turns out the company is notorious for being late on telephone interviews and I have read over some very bad experiences from other candidates.

1st round(Senior): Java OOPs Concepts and examples; Selenium Basics: Switching windows, handling alerts, driver.quit vs driver.close; Java program to reverse a word 2nd round(Senior + Manager): Building xpaths using siblings, Java program to retrieve data from excel sheet, TestNG basic concepts: Dataproviders, priorities, running test cases from xml file and its hierarchy, Java program to count the occurence of character in a string. 3rd round(HR): Salary Discussions, Leave Discussions

Traverse a 4x4 array of number 1-16, but in spiral fashion going from outermost to innermost. Write the code for it. Its easy if you are doing this on a weekend and thinking through this, but to get it 100% correct in an interview, they must be really stupid to use this as a qualifier question, for software qa engineer?

Its easy if you are doing this on a weekend and thinking through this, but to get it 100% correct in an interview, they must be really stupid to use this as a qualifier question, for software qa engineer?
