When was a time that you bent the rules?
The 1:1 interviews for this particular role were focused on 1. Delivery, 2. Business Analysis, 3. Selling, 4. Business Acumen.
Rather than list out the many questions I was asked I will simply say that the questions were highly curated to my position including a written exercise that directly spoke to the type of work I'd be doing. The Interview Difficulty as asked above was somewhere between Average & Hard but this is a very senior position so that was somewhat to be expected.
