Questions revolved around "how-to" for the role. Felt like they didn't have an answer, just wanted free information. Manager and interviewers lacked enthusiasm for the business.
How do you approach strategic sourcing? How do you form relationships with your vendors? Are you able to leverage those relationships in your negotiations? Have you ever worked with" X (Semi conductor)" supply constraints? How did you solve the supply constraints? Most of the questions were heavily supply based, and vendor management based (considering supply chain shortages are effecting nearly everything right now).
