I have decades of cross-industry experience. This place has a traditional local attitude and unrealistic interview method - which client would expect and insist that you have the right market sizing figures on the spot, without telling you the topic or industry in advance? Is it still who memorised all the numbers wins? There is Google Search and AI now, and who uses them? I feel this is a place that does not accept or value innovative thinking, and the boss must be right.

Is it still who memorised all the numbers wins? There is Google Search and AI now, and who uses them? I feel this is a place that does not accept or value innovative thinking, and the boss must be right.
