- TCP all questions the ones you will find in your textbook. - Packet captures. - You should only answer the questions as per their standard because your fast and quicker ways don't impress them. - I respect only textbook questions they are not interested in any troubleshooting you have done in the past.

I was asked about troubleshooting technical issues in problematic software, including methods to access and analyze logs for information. Additionally, I received inquiries about effective customer communication strategies and appropriate responses in problem-solving scenarios. I had many more questions, but I can't recall them in more detail now
