As part of the interview process, beyond the typical experience-based questions, I was asked to present and explain a previous project in detail. There was also a live whiteboard exercise with some team members, aimed at collaboratively showcasing how you approach a project.
All interviews were open ended discussions with a mix of questions about my past experience, approach to dealing with certain situations or challenges, and plenty of time for me to ask questions of my own that were important to me about the environment I was looking to work in.

- Describe the perfect work environment for you - Can you tell us about a project where you faced challenges, specifically where the stakeholders/customer wanted something but the design direction you'd like was different
There were a few UX questions asking what improvements you'd suggest to a product team - app screens, horizontal vs sticky scrolls, that kind of thing.
