Some internal jargon about how would you rank vendors based on the reams of data collected on customer orders. Gave her a good answer on this one but she wanted more and more and more. Then no reaction - onto next Q.
One of the interviewers might ask a case question. Example: what would you do if you are a manager of X product (Kindle, Instant Video etc) and your product is unprofitable. You would need to show good structure on how to think through this problem, and remember to always start with the customer. Be prepared to be asked "What else?" several times in a row, just keep going.
