Each of the six interviewers asked several behavioral questions tied to the Amazon leadership principals, such as: * Tell me about a time that you used customer feedback to make a dramatic change in your documentation.* Tell me about a time that you sacrificed in the short term for long-term results. What was the long-term result? What did you learn? (Often, they had follow-up questions.) * Tell me about a time that you had to document something quickly without having all of the information that you would have liked. * Describe a time when you spent many, many hours learning how something worked so that you could deliver accurate technical documentation. * Tell me about a time that you were involved in a planning meeting and disagreed with the group's decision. How did you react? Did the issue come up again later?
