They asked me why I wanted to leave my current job which I had been working for the past 4 1/2 years.
Most of the questions were fairly standard, but they did seem interested in long-term development goals - seemed to have a genuine interest in long-term employees. asked a lot of the same questions in phone/second interview.

There were no exceptionally difficult questions here. I always have difficulty with the "tell me about yourself" question but I seemed to impress them with my answer.
