What is your super power?
In the second interview there was an on-the-spot case practice, where I was asked to design a new service in 30 mins or so. One of the interviewers played the part of my colleague, while the other was the client. Had to do some "user research" and the figure a general value proposition with some details of the service in itself. I quite liked this actually and guess I did a pretty good job at it.
