They reached out via email as they were interested in scheduling an interview with me based upon may resume and cover letter submission. I was asked to complete an application so that they could schedule the interview. I called and spoke to two members of the organization who confirmed same. I sent the completed application and asked for confirmation that it was received as there was a deadline. I had to call then to ensure confirmation of receipt because they were unresponsive. I have the email confirmation that they would be scheduling an interview. After taking all of these steps, I received an email that they would not be scheduling an interview.
Since my resume demonstrated my experience, they skipped those questions and my interview was entirely situation based, i.e, how I would handle extreme incidents with students and faculty.
