We talked about remote access to their machines. I told them a preferred solution that I had used in the past. They seemed to appreciate that free advice on their business and sounded like they might implement it. You're welcome!
Walkthrough of the shop. Standard technical and some behavioral questions. Review of some schematic diagrams and questions based on those. They seemed very hung up on the fact I had CAD software experience but not the specific program they use. They want a "unicorn" that does not vary at all from their very specific list of requirements. I believe I was perfectly capable of performing the job.
