Service Management Interview Questions

The most unexpected question was about my door to door marketing experience in my previous role with RBC, which I had never done, and he was well aware that I'd never had any experience doing that in my previous role, as I moved from the call centre. Most of the interview was not questioning me at all, but simply going over the job, as though he'd already made up his mind that I had won the role. Most of the questioning was about the move from one location to another, and if I was interested in doing so.

No difficult questions. Unfortunately, T. Rowe basically knows who they are going to promote before they interview. If interviewing externally, then be prepared for questions that ask about collaboration and cooperation. Be cautious of questions that seem to ask about times you did something without prompting or direction, because they don't want people who are TOO independent.
