There were no difficult questions with the first two interviews. The third was role specific. How do you avoid client escalations, etc.

I did not expect the many character questions that were asked. Again very focused on your personality outside of your technical skills.
In interview i didn't feel any thing strange or wow type questions, it depend on interviewer that how it goes,

Would the business climate improve for positive growth and what recommendaitons or actions that you foresee should be done to improve the country's economy.
