None. They were canned questions that gave little to no insight about the depth or range of experience. First interview gave no opportunity to elaborate so difficult I would think for the ERB to make any substantive recommendation to the selecting official. This process was useless.

The questions were focused around me and what i wanted from my career at Templeton what i wanted to achieve in my personnel life and what i needed in order from Templeton to achieve these. (Breathe of fresh air in all honesty)
