For this interview I was asked 4 questions based on judgement, execution and results, talent, and adaptability. if you think of great specific times you've implemented those qualities that is what they're looking for.
What do you think of change
They give you many "what if" scenarios to gauge your reactions. They want to see a supervisor willing to make difficult choices and live with the results.

I was asked if I was familiar with all areas of the store and would be successful placed in any position in the store.

How long have I been leading others in restaurant setting?
If there is a coustmer that is rude and disrespectful to a employee how would I handle it.
