It's a face paced job, and managers want employees that can remain calm under pressure and who can do their job with a sense of urgency.
How do you make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich?
Have you ever been in a situation where the customer was very upset and voiced their opinion? If so, how did you handle that situation?
One question I thought was interesting was, "How would you make a peanut butter and Jelly sandwich?".
How would you feel managed by team that might be younger than yourself. (As cliche as this sounds apparently every candidate is asked the same question)
