If you happen to be placed in charge because the manager went on a bank run and the phone was ringing, there was a line at the register, smoothies needed to be made and poured, what would you do or how would you manage the team? now this is a very unexpected question and is hardly asked
What's your favorite fruit?
There were no difficult questions out of the ordinary, I was hired on the spot after talking with 2 different managers. No stress here, other than look nice and answer the questions like you want to own the place.
Harm reduction questions were difficult.
How would you handle finding a subordinate sleeping on the job?
