Describe a time you had an unhappy customer and how did you handle it?
Explained the entire staff was laid off for winter, and now that summer was in full swing they were short staffed. The honesty of this foreshadowing threw me off. They asked for my availability.
All of the questions are along the lines of "tell me about a time when you..."
Could I see myself wanting to work here.

How have I dealt with difficult customers who cannot be satisfied
How would you handle a dissatisfied costumer?
Describe a time you had to have a difficult conversation with someone who reported to you and how did you handle that?
They asked basic questions about my future ambitions, where I see myself with this company, what I’m expecting this company to do for me etc. they also asked the basic “what struggles have you had to overcome” or “tell me about a time when you didn’t agree with a supervisor, how did you resolve it”. Everything is pretty set as far as pay and benefits go, so there isn’t really any wiggle room for negotiations.
