I asked if anyone is in that role. "No! I fired her before Christmas! She was incompetent!" Red flag: response was unprofessional and lacking empathy- there are better ways of phrasing that. Wouldn't work for/with a personality like that.

They only asked me very basic questions, are you organized, where have you worked in the past that has helped your organization, things of that nature.
