First part - video interview: Describe a situation when you had to make a quick decision based on limited information. What action did you take and what was the result? Other questions were similar situation questions based on past experience. Describe it, what action was made and what the result was. Second part: games-based assessments (about 5-6 assessments) 1. Maths-based: click on 2 numbers that make up the resulting given number with a specified mathematical operation, i.e. division, addition, multiplication, subtraction. This was timed. 2. Pattern sequence: logical sequence questions. This was timed. 3. Personality-based: given about 100 questions with 2 photos for each question.
