Engineering Manager Round : 1. Explain current project. 2. Any process improvements done by you. 3. Anything you have done which was greatly appreciated. 4. Have you ever done any mistake which caused production level issues. 5. AWS questions like, difference between serverless and container micro services. Which one you would choose.
Initial HR Round : 1. Have you ever got any feedback from anyone and how have you taken that into account. 2. Have you ever worked in a team. 3. How you manage team conflicts.
Take Home Challenge : 1. Using AWS and Kubernetes host an website which should be production grade, secure , should be launched using Infrastructure as Code and develop a CICD for the whole solution.
