Deliver a presentation about what you do, without prior preparation or awareness. I felt is was a way to test the ability to think on your feet and remain strong, clear and firm to join the company by explaining a clear sells speech.
Many of the questions were predictable but I was pleasantly surprised to have the hring manager ask me if I thought the company's values were aligned with my values.
