The Unit Manager asked me to describe a difficult work situation, how I responded or took action in the situation and was the customer satisfied with the outcome.
Give me a time when you had to troubleshoot a computer issue. What was wrong? What steps did you take? What was the resolution.
What makes you unique compared to other candidates?
What did you like about your last employment?
They just want to get you to the end to make sure you have a body temperature and you are hired! These people will pretty much hire anybody!
