The only part of the interview that really threw me for a loop was when they provided me with a handout of a power point presentation, and asked me to summarize which of the slides appealed most to me and why. It wasn't hard per say, it was more bizarre than anything. They will also ask you to do a role play. So be sure to practice your standard crushers for when you're dealing with an executive who wants more time, etc.
