They asked about my experience with agile and RUP methodoligies. Having negative experiences with both, and not being a good liar, I was forced to be honest about my experiences. In hindsight, I do think my honesty and ability to explain why my experiences were negative was what impressed my interviewers.
Basic interview questions, gave gave me more of a background of the company, an overview of the location of the potential job site. Familiarity of the FAR and DFAR, types of Subcontracts I have administered, the type of Subcontracts the position would be administering. Etc...
No overly difficult questions, just answered everything sincerely and passionately which gave off a good vibe.
