A problem solving question. A scenario is given - an automobile manufacturing company is experiencing a defect issue. A transcript of multiple interviews conducted with various persons of the company are provided. You have to answer with the following after reading the problem: problem statement, possible causes, explaining/reasoning/proving possible causes, confirming true cause.

Problem solving: 25 horses, you can race 5 horses every time, and in each race you can know the rank of the 5 horses, but not know the exact running time of each horse. Find the minimum times needed to find the 3 fastest horses among the 25.
