First stage a phone interview. Asked about bit set and bit clear in an unsigned integer. Volatile and static in C. Second stage was an onset. Asked me questions about what is DMA. To identify some peripherals, memory units such as RAM and CPU. Address bus and data bus. At the end of the interview had to do a test in C.

What a joke interview process. Graduates please avoid to make an application for this company unless you are not comfortable with a DSA. Assessment day runs for 3 days so you have a flexibility to choose which day you want to prefer to attend however please bear in your mind that assessment day long last for freaking 5 hours also there will be other candidates like 18 who is fighting for a job. On a day it split the candidates into a group where you have to draw a UML, sequence diagram, use-case diagram and defend your work at the end of the day through presenting in front of everyone. Seriously out of different ways to assess you found this way to make an assessment. What annoys me was when they invited almost 18-20 students in a day which is quite uncomfortable for candidates who is looking for a job and they were not even assessing on your skills. They were just picking whichever student they like. So you can guess the math almost 60 students where presented in three days so getting hired was almost 1:60 and they were only hiring like 4 to 5 students which was asked by one of the candidates. During the group task each group were assigned with a engineers who meant to provide some guidance when we were going through out of track or when we have a question, but when I asked him he just ignored and gave me a vague response also, when we were out of track by adding server he just watched us instead he was rushed us by constantly reminding us time. I was trying to decouple all the requirements before sketching out but he responded it's not necessarily just sketch out and reminding time which is not going to help you out seriously what absolute joke recruitment process. I just attended to get an experience even though I had offers with other companies. Graduates just avoid this company, waste of your precious time from taking take home test to attending group assessment with 40 other graduates which is technically exploiting grads , just do leetcode and apply somewhere. Blatant copy paste rejection email no feedback after assessment. Good luck
