The interviewers were very good at maintaining a friendly atmosphere and were very much interested in discussing topics in relation to something I was familiar with, not generic programming concepts, i.e. we didn't just go through a list of questions about sorting algorithms, iteration vs recursion, object inheritance, etc. We also discussed other projects or interests on my CV and how/if I'd linked software development skills into them or vice versa.
