The initial technical screen was a straightforward programming/language-agnostic problem for solving an everyday task you'd find at work. It was done in a pairing style and wasn't conceptually difficult. I think they wanted to know how easy I was to work with and my thought process. The "on-site" technical questions were very work relevant: a class design question and a data modeling question. They should be easy if you already understand and practice good OO design. No useless algorithm or puzzle questions were asked.
