I was asked to design a specific distributed system. A comparable question would be something like "Design Twitter", where the overall goal is large but the question is about your process for driving towards an MVP and iterating from there. My coding problem was similar to one you'd see on Leetcode. It was a tree traversal problem. The behavioural questions were things like "Tell me about a situation where you had conflict with another business unit at the company", "Tell me about a time you had to mentor a junior member of your team".
