The technical interview was on describing the architecture of a solution. The leadership interviews were mostly around my past experience, using examples of building teams, leading projects, dealing with low performers, the culture I believe in, describe the difference between leadership and management, What I look for when hiring new engineers, etc. In the end, I would say it was one of the best interview experiences ever. I have given interviews to a few companies but never felt so much connected with the interviewers and the interview process before.
