What is your leadership style?
how well do i know AWS, Linux and microsoft infrastructure, also how well do i know networking and how to setup a firewall
Describe the refrigeration cycle .
They ask about your experience cycling which is hilarious because when you start working there you realise a lot of your colleagues don't cycle at all, or even have any kind of design or transport oriented qualifications, but are supposed to be experts giving advice to local authorities and consultants. Also funny is that you're encouraged to cycle to project meetings but are not allowed to actually do it until you undertake three cycle proficiency training courses organised a couple of times a year, meaning that you're effectively working for a cycling charity that won't let you cycle because of insurance reasons although any other employer would. Pretty representative of how the whole place operates. Or doesn't.
Q: Modify Ruby library to allow for multi-threading (on screen share)
How do you think this position fits in with your career plans?
