Phone interview was easy string question. Take home challenge is to automate One sample online webpage, test plan, test cases. Expect to prepare everything. They ask everything except data structure. So prepare everything. They even ask UDP/TCP difference (even it is not related to position) .

An incorrect regex question I was also asked to write 'scenarios' (not tests). I wrote the tests anyways assuming that they just lacked a QA vocabulary. Pretty lame.

Work experience is looked at in-depth during the technical interviews, but it's more a conversation about where you've been and what you can offer, so they can see if you're a good fit to the company, and the company a good fit for you and your goals.
