So you need to wait 8 weeks to know the result .In the mean time The so called HR will never respond to you . She will ghost you . If you ask why she will blame government 2. They will offer you pay less than current salary . When you ask them why . The HR replied "This is how much you are worth" 3. If you are on H1B.
