The challenge had to do with parsing an input object for folder ID numbers, and the associated user ID numbers which have access privileges for that folder's sub-tree hierarchy. From that information, I had to build the user ID set for all of the given folder structures and identify which of those user ID's were unable to access all of the leaf folders in the tree. Also, things were complicated a bit by the fact that some of the folders had additional access restrictions that deviated from the access inheritance rules that the normal folders used.
