My experience. Why Solar? How do I see myself fitting in? Why Sun Valley Solar Solutions? What can I provide them? They seemed more interested in telling me about themselves than about the position or my experience. This is a start up division that appears organized, but actually lacks most organizational qualities in successful companies. The discrete nature of the interview left you feeling somewhat odd.
