HR Manager: Why I applied for the role and why would I be a good fit. Asked what I thought about the O-C culture. Asked about how I make people feel they belong. Asked about how I influenced others. Why did I leave previous companies. Hiring Manager: Was asked about an internal accounting process for procurement which I was not familiar with the term, but looked it up and explained my process I was familiar with which was similar, but different term. Provided a 30-60-90 day plan. Was asked why I wanted to work with the specific commodity.
