The interview questions were quite standard. The most difficult was the question about "tell me about a time when you made a mistake ..."
The owner also asked me if the huge picture on his back wall of his two naked children was offensive, of course I said no but still a strange question to ask on an interview. they also asked me if i met with all my vendors in person, i said no, i deal with too high a volume to have the time to meet with everyone in person. As I am answering the question, the other person in the room was shaking his head no...really rude. Sorry if I have more than 5 vendors like you. You should have seen the companies I worked for on my resume, huge companies with high dollar spend, no time for that face to face on every deal.
