Lots of questions on values & motivations for moving into this space, and assessment of team/culture fit. Asked about how I would work through strategic questions related to trade services. Wide variety of questions similar to "when was a time you.." (ie. made a mistake, had to coach someone). Very sharp team overall and think this would have been an amazing place to work! I was extremely impressed by Alex and Richard (founders), especially in how much they care about hiring the right talent into the company, and how much care they show for growing their people. I decided to stay where I was currently living instead of making an overseas move at this time, for personal reasons. But given my experience in talking with that team, this seems like an incredibly interesting, complex problem area and Zencargo has a very customer-centric approach that I think will serve them well and help them find a compelling slice of the very large market they are going after.
